     • Drawings: The app allows users to create and share drawings. Drawings are stored on our servers and may be displayed to other users as part of matches, voting, profiles, galleries, challenges, and other app features. Drawings may also be used for promotional purposes as specified in the Terms of Service.
     • Chat Messages: If you use chat features, we collect and store the messages you send and information associated with those messages, such as the sender, time, and relevant chat or conversation.
     • Chat messages may be visible to other users participating in the relevant chat, subject to app settings, moderation, and age-based restrictions.
     • We may process or review chat messages when necessary to operate the chat service, detect spam or inappropriate content, investigate reports, enforce our rules, or protect users and the service.
   • Gameplay and Social Activity:
     • Match participation and results
     • Votes and voting activity
     • Ratings, rankings, achievements, and challenge participation
     • Friend requests and friend relationships
     • Reports submitted by or about users
     • Blocks, warnings, restrictions, and other moderation-related information

   Drawing Battles is intended for users aged 13 and older.

   We may ask users for an age range in order to provide age-appropriate safety measures and determine the availability or visibility of certain social features, including chat and Friends features.

   If we learn that a user does not meet the minimum age required for an account or particular feature, we may restrict access to that account or feature and take other appropriate steps as required by applicable law.

   To reduce unnecessary data storage and protect privacy, if you do not log in to your account for 6 months or more, we may delete your drawings, related media files, and chat messages from the app.

   “Inactive” means no successful sign-in or login to the app during this period.

   Other account information may be retained where necessary to maintain the account or for security, moderation, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal purposes.

   7.2 Backups and recovery window

   After drawings, chat messages, or related data are deleted from the app, copies may remain in our backups for up to an additional 6 months.

   During this backup retention period, you may contact us regarding restoration or export of deleted data where restoration or export is technically available at .

   After the applicable backup-retention period expires, backup copies are removed according to our backup-deletion procedures.

   7.3 Deletion requests

   You may request deletion of your account and associated data earlier using the in-app account deletion option or by contacting us.

   Some information may remain temporarily in backups after an account deletion request.

   7.4 Exceptions

   We may retain certain information for longer where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, moderation, dispute resolution, enforcement of our Terms of Service, or compliance with legal obligations.

   Where appropriate, we may retain only the minimum necessary information or use aggregated or anonymized information.
