   To reduce storage and protect privacy, if you do not log in to your account for 6 months, we may delete your drawings and related media files from the app. “Inactive” means no successful sign-in/login to the app during this period.

   5.2 Backups and recovery window

   After deletion from the app, a backup copy of the deleted drawings and related media files may remain in our backups for up to an additional 6 months. During this backup retention period, you may request restoration/export of your deleted data by contacting us at . After this additional 6-month period, the backup copy is deleted and the data is removed completely.

   5.3 Deletion requests

   You may request deletion of your account and associated data earlier using the in-app deletion option or by contacting us.

   5.4 Exceptions
